Refunds or exchanges will be processed and shipped within one business day of approval, at no additional cost to the customer. If the requested item is out of stock, the replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price, excluding sale or promotional items.

International Shipping

Redemperorcbd.com currently ships internationally to Canada and Mexico. We are not responsible for customs and shipping in any country other than the US. It is your responsibility to know the laws and customs in your Country and you take on the full risk of the purchase. We will not refund if it does not make it past customs in your country (outside of USA).

Damaged and Defective Goods

If your product arrives damaged or defective in any way, you may request a new pack within 24 hours of receipt. You must return the damaged or defective item, at your cost, before we ship you a replacement. Contact support for shipping instructions to return any defective items.
